Morva Couture Return & Exchange Policy

Quick Summary

At Morva Couture, each gown is selected with care to ensure the highest quality. To maintain the integrity of our collections, returns are limited. We do, however, support exchanges and store credits whenever possible.

  • Exchanges: We can assist with size exchanges on full-priced items, subject to availability. If your size isn’t available, we issue a store credit.

  • Special Orders: Dresses cut specifically for you (made-to-order gowns) are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • No Change of Mind Returns: We cannot accept returns due to a change of mind, event cancellation, or if the gown does not meet personal preference.

  • Faulty/Incorrect Items: If your gown arrives faulty or incorrect, we will work swiftly to repair, replace, or resolve the issue.

If you’re unsure about sizing, colour, or delivery, please contact our customer care team before ordering. We’re here to provide size guidance, designer specifications, and even extra photos or videos to help you choose with confidence.

Sizing

Our gowns follow the sizing charts of each individual designer, which may vary from your usual size. Please consult the size chart for the dress you are purchasing. Our “What’s My Size?” tool can also assist, but alterations may still be required depending on your body proportions.

Colour

Colours may appear differently on various devices or in different lighting conditions. Refunds/returns solely due to colour variation will not be accepted.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect gown, please contact us immediately at info@morvacouture.com.au. We will assist with repair, replacement, or resolution at no cost to you.

Exchanges

  • Only available on full-priced items.

  • If the requested size is available, we will exchange.

  • If not, we issue a store credit valid for 12 months.

  • A restocking/handling fee of 15% applies to exchanges.

  • Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • All exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags attached.

Special Orders

Special orders (custom sizes, colours, or gowns cut specifically for you by the designer) are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Return Conditions

  • All returns must be pre-approved with an RMA from our team.

  • Unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to a 50% penalty.

  • Dresses must be returned in new condition, free from marks, scents, or damage.

  • A return can only be made once per item.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

  • Special orders, pre-orders, international orders, bridal gowns, white gowns, bridesmaid collections, sequin dresses, discounted items, and promotional code purchases are final sale.

  • Items purchased with new-sign-up discount codes follow the normal returns policy.

Store Credit

  • Issued via email, valid for 12 months.

  • Can be applied to any product on our website.

  • Cannot be transferred or used for orders lower than the credit amount.

  • Items purchased with store credit are final sale.

Damaged Products

All gowns are checked before dispatch. If your item arrives damaged, lodge a return request immediately with photos. Normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.

Order Cancellations & Refused Packages

  • Orders cancelled before processing will incur a 3% cancellation fee (to cover payment gateway charges).

  • Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated under our standard return and exchange policy.

  • Refused deliveries incur a 50% fee and will be refunded as store credit.
